Fees
Fees are set to reflect specialist EMDR-focused counselling while remaining accessible compared with many local psychology and relationship therapy services. All sessions are by appointment. Fees are payable in 48 hours in advance to secure the booking.
Individual EMDR Therapy
Initial individual appointment — 75 minutes: $210
A longer first session allows time for assessment, history, treatment planning and discussion of whether EMDR is clinically appropriate.
Standard individual EMDR session — 60 minutes: $180
Suitable for preparation, stabilisation, EMDR processing, integration and review.
Extended individual EMDR session — 90 minutes: $250
Useful when additional time is needed for processing, preparation or integration.
Couples EMDR-Informed Therapy
Initial couples appointment — 90 minutes: $260
A longer first session allows time to understand the relationship history, current concerns, safety, goals and whether EMDR-informed couples work is suitable.
Standard couples session — 75 minutes: $220
Suitable for ongoing couples work, relational repair, communication, trauma-informed formulation and EMDR-informed interventions.
Extended couples session — 90 minutes: $260
Useful for more complex relationship concerns, repair work or structured processing.
Family Therapy
Initial family appointment — 90 minutes: $260
A longer first session supports assessment of family concerns, roles, safety, history and goals.
Standard family session — 75 minutes: $220
Suitable for ongoing family therapy, communication support, relational repair and EMDR-informed family work.
Extended family session — 90 minutes: $260
Useful for complex family concerns or where more time is required for multiple participants.
Cancellation Policy
Consistency is an important part of the therapeutic process. When you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that life can be unpredictable; however, short-notice cancellations make it difficult to offer that time to others on our waiting list. 48-hour notice period is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without incurring a fee. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the session cost. Cancellations made on the day of the appointment or no-shows will be charged the full session fee. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us maintain a sustainable service for all clients.
Payment Methods
Payment is accepted via credit or debit card, and direct bank transfer. For appointments booked through the online system, payment is typically taken at the time of booking to secure the session. A tax invoice and receipt will be issued upon payment for your records.
Medicare
This is a private counselling service. Medicare rebates are not available for these sessions.
